We have football teams for the young and not-so-young (men and women), playing in the weekend football leagues, and also in our ‘world-famous in Ōtaki’ spring Twilight football competition.
Senior football
Women
Ōtaki Sports Club has a women’s football team in the 2026 season playing in the Wellington Women’s Div 1 competition on Sundays.

Men
Ōtaki Sports Club has two men’s football team for the 2026 season with games on Saturday afternoons:
Purutaitama plays in Kapiti-Horowhenua Division 1, and the Master Blasters play in Division 2.
